ByCode Kurgu

It places your images on the narration by itself and exports the timeline to CapCut in one click.

In a faceless video, the longest job is placing hundreds of images, one by one, at the right moment of the narration. ByCode Kurgu does it for you: give it the story, the subtitles, the voiceover and the image folder, and every image starts exactly when it is spoken about. It runs on Mac and Windows.

ByCode Kurgu in one minute

Drag in the files, build the timeline, export to CapCut. The video is in Turkish.

The project in the video is a sample documentary.

Drag and drop your files

Story, subtitles, voiceover and images.

The story file lists each scene's text and image; you can also paste your text and let the app prepare the scenes. No subtitles? The voiceover is transcribed on your own computer and never sent online.

Timeline in one click

Every image, exactly when it is spoken about.

Each subtitle line is compared with the scenes of the story; the image of the best-matching scene starts with that line and lasts until the next scene. No guessed durations: timing comes entirely from the subtitles. Capitals, punctuation and numbers written as words don't break the match.

Export to CapCut

Open CapCut, the project is ready.

You pick one of your own CapCut projects as a template once; ByCode Kurgu creates the timeline as a real CapCut Desktop draft. Background music loops until the voiceover ends, at the volume you choose.

You stay in control

  • Timeline editorDrag, resize from the edges, swap images; every step can be undone.
  • PreviewWatch the final result with the voiceover, without rendering a video.
  • Match inspectorSee which scene each subtitle matched and with what score; change it by hand if you like.
  • Large projectsDesigned for 20,000 subtitles and images and 3 hours of audio.
  • Auto-saveSaves every 30 seconds; if the app closes, it reopens where you left off.

One licence runs on one computer; your code arrives by e-mail after purchase.

Without a licence you can still build and preview timelines and open the sample project; exporting to CapCut needs a licence.
