MuhasebeCİK
Snap a photo of the receipt and let it keep the books in Telegram.
A bookkeeping bot we wrote for our own business. It reads receipts, records them, prepares the report and archive at the end of the month and estimates taxes in advance. There is no separate program; everything happens in Telegram. It is built for the Turkish tax system.
Month end, receipt hunt
What a small business goes through every month:
- Receipts lost in a wallet
- E-invoices piling up in the inbox
- Not knowing how much VAT is due this month
- Preparing files for the accountant
Try it yourself
We send a fuel receipt. The bot reads it, you confirm it, then we ask for the month's report and a tax estimate.

MuhasebeCİK currently works in Turkish, so the bot's messages below are in Turkish.
Representative demo: the companies and amounts are made up. The bot's messages, however, are exactly the texts that MuhasebeCİK's own code produced from this demo data.
The chat is empty.
Press "Send the receipt" and leave the rest to the bot.
A photo, a voice note or one sentence
Send a photo of the receipt or invoice; the bot reads it and you confirm. You can send several photos of the same document as an album, and e-invoices as PDFs. No photo? Just type or say it, for example "Yakıta 1.500 lira verdim" ("I paid 1,500 lira for fuel"). E-invoices that arrive in Gmail are scanned every half hour and sent to you for approval.
The archive is ready by itself
When the month ends, the report, a chart and a ZIP archive of every document arrive in Telegram; if you like, they also go to your accountant by email. Records are written to Excel as you go, so you never have to dig for them a month later.
Filing without surprises
It estimates the VAT (KDV), provisional tax and annual income tax you will owe, and reminds you before VAT, Bağ-Kur (Turkish social security for the self-employed) and filing deadlines. It warns you about deductibility limits on groceries, meals and vehicle expenses, and converts foreign-currency invoices to lira at the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) rate.
Where the money goes, and who hasn't paid
It tracks payment of the invoices you issue and reminds you about overdue ones. It matches payments on your bank statement to documents and shows those with missing paperwork. You can set budgets per category and see profit and loss per project; it warns you about unusual spending.
Inside the app
Besides Telegram, there is a read-only web dashboard, for everything at a glance.
The screenshots are taken from MuhasebeCİK's real web dashboard and the bot's real report chart (in Turkish). The companies and amounts in them are representative demo data prepared for this page; they contain no real company or personal data.
Where is your data?
Your records stay with you.
Records and document images are kept in a single folder on your own computer or your own server. The bot only answers your Telegram account and makes a backup every night. To read documents, the image is sent to Google's Gemini model.
